This Easy Herb Tomato Salad is such a classic salad recipe, it's seriously the perfect summer side! The colorful heirloom tomatoes are gorgeous, and it's bursting with herby flavors. It's great for potlucks, BBQs, or weeknights when you want a fresh side. Plus it takes only 10 minutes to make! That's a win for busy mamas like me!

But let’s be honest—sometimes I focus so much on the main dish that I don’t have another 30 minutes to spend on a side. That's where this recipe is perfect! I added Parmesan, but you can skip it or use a dairy-free Parmesan to make this recipe vegan!

If you’ve got extra tomatoes, why not whip up my fave easy classic bruschetta or some delicious herb-roasted tomatoes? And if cucumbers are more your thing, you’ve got to try my cucumber smashed salad! Trust me, both are super tasty and perfect for any occasion.
