A Vegetarian is a person who does not eat meat, and sometimes other animal products, especially for moral, religious, or health reasons.
Generally, Vegetarian recipes are often overlooked because many people (including myself at one point) felt like I couldn’t survive without Meat. What is a meal without meat anyway, right? Will I be eating the same things ALL the time? Will the foods lack flavor and that juicy goodness? These are just a few of the questions often pondering the heads of those tethering to join the Vegetarian and Vegan movement, but are skeptical about the sacrifice to their tastebuds. Rest assured, you’re in for a treat.
While Pinteresting as usual, I was able to find some amazing Vegetarian recipes, which I truly am ecstatic about trying for myself. Oh and why not make it a “green-themed” kind of post in honor of St. Patty’s Day (this month) and going #Green!
I must warn you though—-these recipes are GOOD!
Be prepared to cruise through a variety of sweet, savory, refreshing, and fruitful flavors. Maybe even a bit of spice if you choose OR maybe not. Haha!
LET’S BEGIN, SHALL WE…….
Roasted Chickpea Gyros
Stuffed Bell Peppers
Black Beans Tacos & Avocado Cilantro Lime Sauce
Spinach & Cheese Stuffed Shells
Blueberry Brocoli Spinach Salad
Matcha Banana Donuts w/ Matcha Lemon Glaze
Brocoli w/ Garlic & Lemon

What do you think? Are you currently going Green? If not, would you ever consider trying it?
It’s always great to eat clean and GREEN. I’m definitely inspired and content with taking a new leap and change my lifestyle to match a healthier one (although it may be a bit of a struggle since the Southern girl in me sure does love her flavors & meat!). Haha.
Wish me luck Ya’ll!
Happy Hump Day!
