Since yesterday was Cinco De Mayo and I didn’t get a chance to eat anything Mexican-styled, today’s meal consisted of my first time trying Shrimp Tacos in honor of the day after. While I’m an absolute lover of Tacos, it’s quite hilarious that I haven’t had it many different ways at all, beside your typical beef, beans, or turkey meat! Haha! But that all changed today! I must say that using the fresh herbs in this recipe really made the flavors POP!
As many of you may know, I’m a lover of spice so I definitely had to go with a recipe that included spiciness to the shrimp. Lastly, to top it all off, this recipe was super easy and quick! Win, Win!
