What Is Thousand Island Dressing?

Thousand Island dressing is a creamy, sweet, and tangy delight that adds a pop of flavor to just about anything! Made from a mix of mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, vinegar, and some spices, this dressing has a fun backstory—rumored to have originated in the Thousand Islands region between New York and Canada in the early 1900s.

It’s super versatile and perfect for drizzling over salads, especially wedge salads, or slathering on burgers + sandwiches and more!
