How To Make Easy Black Bean Salsa

First up you will need to make your Pico de Gallo Chunky Salsa then in a bowl, add the black beans + salsa together, mixing together until combined. Voilà. THAT'S IT!!

You can make this salsa ahead of time and store it in an air-tight container in the refrigerator prior to serving. Also, you can cook the black beans (if using dry beans) and store them in separate airtight containers until ready to make the salad as well.

Can I adjust the spiciness of Pico De Gallo Salsa?

Absolutely! You can customize the spiciness of the salsa by adding more or less jalapeño peppers according to your taste preferences.

Can i make a bigger batch?

Ingredients

BLACK BEAN SALAD:

  • 1 (15 oz.) can black beans, drained + rinsed (You can also use 1 ½ cups of cooked black beans as well)
  • 1 cup Pico de Gallo Chunky Salsa
  • Tortila chips, pita chips, Naan bread, etc.

Instructions

TO MAKE THE BLACK BEAN SALAD:

  • In a bowl, add the black beans and Pico de Gallo Chunky Salsa, mixing together until combined.
