Haha, this is a judgment-free zone. So I decided to give it a healthier twist. That’s how my Nourishing Banana Split Breakfast Toast came to life! Trust me, it’s a delicious way to start the day!
This toast is loaded with berries, bananas, and Greek yogurt + more—so yummy, customizable, and super quick! I love overnight oats, but let’s be real, I don’t always think ahead. Haha. This is my go-to for a fast breakfast that pairs perfectly with my morning coffee. And the best part? It’s totally kid-friendly! I can serve one meal for the whole family instead of whipping up two or three different breakfasts—total win!

Okay, this is super easy! In a medium non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, add the coconut flakes. Stir them around for about 3-4 minutes until they’re golden and toasted. Just keep an eye on them so they don’t burn! Once they’re looking perfect, remove the skillet from the heat and let the coconut cool completely.
