There's nothing more refreshing than sitting back at the end of a long day and sipping on an ice-cold glass of homemade Refreshing Plum Lemonade. This fruity drink is refined sugar-free and made with real, fresh stone fruit and citrus. Get ready for your new must-have summer beverage with this recipe!
When stone fruit season rolls around every year, I simply can't get enough. From juicy, fuzzy peaches to baby apricots to tart and sweet plums, I don't want to miss a moment of this delicious produce season. This Plum Lemonade is definitely one for the books!
That means that I'm even drinking my fruit! And this plum lemonade is my favorite recipe to make sure that even my water is infused with the flavor of the season. This simple and fresh recipe is totally refined sugar-free and full of ripe plum flavor. I know you'll love it as much as Ido.
You only need four simple ingredients (including ice) to put together a big pitcher of refreshing stone fruit lemonade.
Here's what you need to prepare this refreshing summertime drink:
To make the drinks, place the cut plums and lemon juice in a bowl and use a tool to mash the fruit together. You want a smooth paste. You can do this with a drink muddler or a spoon.
Finally, add the water and agave stir to combine everything. Take a sip and add more lemon juice or agave if you like a brighter or sweeter lemonade. Pour over ice and enjoy!
To serve your homemade plum lemonade, I recommend a garnish of fresh rosemary and a few extra slices of plum and lemon in the glass.
The rosemary adds a delicious herby accent to the fresh fruit. You could also use mint or basil if you like.
You can make a big batch of this recipe and store it in an airtight pitcher or jar in the fridge for up to a week. In fact, the flavor will develop even more the longer it sits.

LET US KNOW!
I love plums and I ate them a lot when I was a child. I recently introduced them to my son, Miles, and while he didn't like them much I am still working on him. Last month I tried a recipe that called for a plum puree and it was delicious. Thanks so much for sharing your recipe.
