Have you ever tried other variations of a taco? If you’re at all like me, you’ve probably only tried beef, turkey, or black bean tacos, but never seafood tacos. There are so many to choose from, right?
Since it was Cinco De Mayo most recently and I didn’t get a chance to eat anything Mexican-styled, today’s meal consisted of my first time trying Shrimp Tacos in honor of the day after. While I’m an absolute lover of Tacos, it’s quite hilarious that I haven’t had it many different ways at all. Haha! But that all changed today! I must say that using the fresh herbs in this recipe really made the flavors POP!
As many of you may know, I’m a lover of spice so I definitely had to go with a recipe that included spiciness to the shrimp. Lastly, to top it all off, this recipe was super easy and quick! Win, Win!
