  • Food processor --- If you’re looking to get the job done fast, a food processor with a shredding attachment is the way to go. It’s perfect for shredding lots of cabbage without breaking a sweat. Just chop the cabbage into chunks and let the processor do the heavy lifting.

Ingredients

COLESLAW:

  • 8 cups shredded cabbage (I like to mix red + green cabbage together)
  • 2 medium carrots, peeled + shredded
  • 1-2 cups Homemade Coleslaw Dressing
  • 2 cups chopped organic kale, optional (You can also mix in a lettuce iceberg lettuce for a more 'salad' feel, if desired)

Instructions

PREP THE VEGGIES:

  • You can begin by shredding the cabbages and carrots or using a store-bought coleslaw mix of prep-shredded veggies.

TO MAKE THE DRESSING:
