GARLIC BREAD:
- 1 lb. french bread or Italian loaf, halved
- 2 garlic bulbs, roasted
- 2 Tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- 6 Tbsps unsalted butter, softened at room temp.
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon dried basil
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley

- 1 cup Roasted Garlic Olive Oil Dip

CUT THE BREAD:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
Cut the french bread in half, length-way and Place each halved french bread unto the prepared baking sheet, insides facing upward.
TO MAKE THE "ROASTED GARLIC BUTTER":
In a bowl, add the softened butter, olive oil, insides of the roasted garlic, and seasonings: salt, garlic powder, oregano, basil, and parsley, stirring everything together until combined and smooth.
ASSEMBLE + BAKE:
Spoon generous amounts of garlic butter unto each halved french bread evenly.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or so, until the edges are slightly golden brown. For a bit of extra crispiness, bake for another 3-5 minutes, but watch it carefully to avoid burning.
Remove from oven and let it cool slightly. Slice and serve.
