Ingredients

DRESSING:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise, organic
  • ¼ cup sweet onion, finely chopped (I like Vidalia or walla walla onions)
  • 2 ½ Tbsps organic ketchup
  • 2 Tbsps sweet relish
  • 1 teaspoon freshly-squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

TO MAKE THE DRESSING:

  • Add the mayo, finely chopped onions, ketchup, sweet relish, lemon juice, smoked paprika, and salt into a bowl and whisk until everything becomes smooth and creamy. NOTE: If you want the consistency to be a bit thinner, feel free to add milk, 1 tablespoon at a time.
  • Add dressing to your favorite mason jar or tightly sealed container and refrigerate for 7-10 days for optimal freshness.
  • Bon Appetit!
