DRESSING:
- 1 cup mayonnaise, organic
- ¼ cup sweet onion, finely chopped (I like Vidalia or walla walla onions)
- 2 ½ Tbsps organic ketchup
- 2 Tbsps sweet relish
- 1 teaspoon freshly-squeezed lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
TO MAKE THE DRESSING:
Add the mayo, finely chopped onions, ketchup, sweet relish, lemon juice, smoked paprika, and salt into a bowl and whisk until everything becomes smooth and creamy. NOTE: If you want the consistency to be a bit thinner, feel free to add milk, 1 tablespoon at a time.
Add dressing to your favorite mason jar or tightly sealed container and refrigerate for 7-10 days for optimal freshness.
